Introducing Distillery Down Under at the Bennelong Bar, a new bi-monthly series showcasing some of Australia’s finest boutique distilleries, selected by our talented Bar team.
Every two months, we are proud to present a tailor-made cocktail highlighting the star spirits of our selected local distillery, and a selection of classic cocktails featuring the spirits.
To experience the series, simply walk in to the Bennelong Bar, no reservation required.
