BENNELONG TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please note a two hour dining time is required to enjoy our three course menu in The Restaurant.
For our two course lunch and two course pre-theatre menu in The Restaurant, we recommend allowing approximately a 1.5 hour dining time.
The Cured & Cultured Chef’s Menu requires a minimum of 1.5 hour dining time.
Early lunch reservations at 12pm are booked on a 2 hour dining time, with the table rebooked shortly after.
Early evening reservations up to and including 7pm are booked on a 2 hour dining time, with the table rebooked shortly after.

Cancellation Policy – Non-Special Events Days: Credit card details are required to secure all reservations at Bennelong. Should you need to cancel your reservation or reduce your guest numbers within 24 hours of your booking, a cancellation charge of $60 per person will be incurred. Please contact us on(+61 2) 9240 8000 or firstname.lastname@example.org to make any amendments to your reservation.
Seating Requests: Bennelong will do its best to accommodate all seating requests, which are always noted at the time of the booking. However, we are unable to guarantee your requested seat, as table allocations are finalised on the day.
Groups: Reservations of 9 guests or more will dine from Bennelong’s Group Menu, a reduced three course a la carte selection designed for larger tables.
Children: Children are welcome in the dining areas of Bennelong, but please note we do not permit children in the Bar area after 5pm. We ask that children remain quietly seated at all times in consideration of the dining experience of our other guests. Children up to 12 years of age will be offered a children’s menu priced at $50 for 2 courses.
Service Charge: A discretionary 10% service charge is applied to all tables for 7 or more guests as a gratuity paid directly to staff.
Sunday Surcharge: Should your reservation date fall on a Sunday, a surcharge of 10% will be applied to all food and beverage prices.
Public Holiday Surcharge: Should your reservation date fall on a public holiday, a surcharge of 12.5% will be applied to all food and beverage prices.
Credit Card Surcharge: Please note a variable surcharge will be applied to all credit and debit card payments.
