Curated by Executive Chef Peter Gilmore, this menu offers a thoughtfully selected range of dishes, allowing you to dine your way and choose from some of Bennelong’s most-loved favourites.

Lunch: Friday to Sunday
Dinner: Monday to Saturday
Please note, a surcharge of 10% on Sundays and 15% on public holidays will apply.
