Take to Sydney’s most iconic waterside setting for an elegant, all-Australian Melbourne Cup affair. Guests will be treated to a glass of Charles Heidsieck Champagne and canapes on arrival, followed up with a three-course lunch menu designed by Executive chef Peter Gilmore and Head Chef Rob Cockerill, harnessing the best of local produce. As the races play out live on plasma screens, sweeps and prizes will run overlooking the stunning harbour. Hosted by the charismatic Master of Wine, Ned Goodwin.
