Enjoy the very best of small bites from Bennelong’s Executive Chef Peter Gilmore and Head Chef Rob Cockerill with a sharing-style menu of Sydney rock oysters with lemon pepper granita, red claw yabbies with lemon jam and cultured cream, Ventricina salami with pickled purplette onion, green olive butter, and toasted fennel seed sourdough, and the iconic lamington to finish, for $80 per person.
